SHIPPING POLICY

1. General

"Studio by Elinoya" (hereinafter: the "Business" or the "Site") is proud to present a unique and flexible model for renting luxury clothing items online. We understand that every customer has different preferences, and therefore we allow you to choose the shipping method that best suits you - whether it is a full door-to-door service, self-pickup, or a combination thereof. This document details the shipping conditions, delivery times, and the responsibilities of the parties, and constitutes an integral part of the Site’s Terms of Use.

The use of feminine language in this document is for convenience only and refers to all genders equally.

2. Shipping Options, Costs, and Delivery Times

You may choose from four delivery and return tracks:

3. איסוף עצמי + משלוח בחזור

הלוך: איסוף מיידי כיומיים לפני תאריך האירוע (בתיאום מראש).

חזור: ביום העסקים הראשון שלאחר האירוע.

איסוף פריט הלבוש מהסטודיו כיומיים לפני תאריך האירוע. פריט הלבוש ישמר עבור הלקוחה בסטודיו למשך יום אחד בלבד מהמועד שתואם לאיסוף + שליח מגיע אלייך לאסוף את פריט הלבוש ביום שאחרי האירוע.

4. איסוף עצמי מלא (איסוף והחזרה עצמית)

הלוך: איסוף מיידי כיומיים לפני תאריך האירוע (בתיאום מראש).

חזור: ביום העסקים הראשון שלאחר האירוע, לא יאוחר מהשעה 15:00.

איסוף פריט הלבוש מהסטודיו כיומיים לפני תאריך האירוע. פריט הלבוש ישמר עבור הלקוחה בסטודיו למשך יום אחד בלבד מהמועד שתואם לאיסוף + החזרה עצמאית של פריט הלבוש לסטודיו ביום העסקים הראשון שלאחר האירוע, לא יאוחר מהשעה 15:00.

3. Self-Pickup + Return Shipping

Outbound: Immediate pickup two days before the event date (by prior arrangement).

Return: On the first business day after the event.

The client pick up the clothing item two days before the event date. The clothing item will be kept for the client in the studio for one day only from the agreed upon pick-up date + a courier will come to collect the clothing item the first business day after the event.

4. Full Self-Pickup

Outbound: Immediate pickup two days before the event date (by prior arrangement).

Return:On the first business day after the event, no later than 3:00 PM.

The client pick up the clothing item from the studio two days before the event date. The clothing item will be kept for the client in the studio for one day only from the date agreed upon for pick-up + independent return to the studio on the first business day after the event, no later than 3:00 PM.

  • Calculation of  Delivery Times: Delivery times are counted starting from the business day following the date of order placement and credit card approval.

  • Definition of "Business Day": Sunday through Thursday (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, sabbatical days, Hol HaMoed, and memorial days).

3. Delivery Process (Outbound). Relevant for: 1 (Full Service) and 2 (Delivery Only).

  • Coordination: The courier company will contact you via phone or SMS to coordinate the delivery. Distribution hours are generally between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

  • Identification: Delivery of the item is strictly conditional upon the presentation of the Orderer’s ID card and the Order Confirmation number, at the sole discretion of the Site Operator or the courier on its behalf.

  • Non-Availability: If the customer does not answer the courier’s attempts to make contact on two occasions, or is not present at the coordinated address, the package will be returned to the Company’s warehouse. In such a case, no refund will be issued for the rental or shipping fees paid, even if the dress was not used (as the item was reserved and removed from inventory). Rescheduling a redelivery (schedule permitting) will incur additional shipping fees only.

4. Return Process via Courier (Inbound). Relevant for: 1 (Full Service) and 3 (Return Shipping).

  • Pre-Scheduling: Choosing a track that includes return shipping (even if you collected the clothing item yourself) means that a courier is pre-booked to arrive at your address on the first business day following the event date.

  • Customer Availability: You are required to be available at the provided address (or another address coordinated in advance) to hand over the clothing item to the courier on this date.

  • Packaging: The clothing item must be handed to the courier well-packed in the original bag (or other sealed packaging) to prevent damage during transit.

  • Late Handover: Failure to hand the clothing item to the courier on the pre-coordinated date (the day following the event) will be considered a late return and will incur a Late Fee of 200 NIS for each day of delay, which will be deducted from the security deposit details in accordance with the Terms of Use.

5. Self-Return Process to the Studio. Relevant for: 2 (Self-Return) and 4 (Full Self-Pickup).
  • The customer must physically return the clothing item to the Studio at: Shlomo Ibn Gabirol 144 St., Tel Aviv-Yafo, on the first business day following the event, no later than 15:00.

  • Weekend Events: For events taking place on Friday and on Saturday, the return must be made on the following Sunday, no later than 15:00.

  • Failure to arrive for the return on time will result in late fees as specified in the Terms of Use. (200 NIS for each day of delay, which will be automatically deducted from the security details provided by the customer without the need for additional notice).

6. Self-Pickup (Outbound). Relevant for: 3 (Return Shipping) and 4 (Full Self-Pickup).

  • Pick-up will take place from the Studio in Tel Aviv by prior appointment only (Phone/WhatsApp: 054-4364-335) two days before the specified event date. The item of clothing will be kept for the client in the studio for one day only from the agreed upon pick-up date.

  • Security and Identification Measures: Since the payment made on the Site also serves as a security deposit (via Tokenization of credit card details in a secure system), upon pick-up at the Studio, it is mandatory to present an official ID of the orderer and the physical credit card used for the order, for verification and identification purposes only. The clothing item will not be delivered/released without the presentation of these identification means, and no refund will be made if these means of identification are not brought upon the pick-up.

7. Exceptional Areas and Liability

  • Remote Locations: For deliveries (outbound or inbound) to settlements beyond the Green Line, the Arava, Eilat, and the Golan Heights, delays beyond 7 business days may occur. Please prepare accordingly by ordering sufficiently in advance.

  • Force Majeure: The Business shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather conditions, security situations, pandemics, strikes, wars or circumstances beyond its control, but will do its best to resolve any malfunction.

  • Mutual Inspection and Documentation Obligations (Proof of Damage - Customer and Business):

      (a) Customer Inspection Upon Receipt: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to inspect the dress immediately upon receipt (whether via courier or self-pickup). In the                      event that a defect, stain, or discrepancy is discovered, the Customer must clearly and immediately photograph the defect (prior to any use of the dress) and                    report said issue by uploading the image to the inquiry form located on the Website under the tab: "Cancellations, Changes, and Updates Form". It is hereby agreed               that failure to submit an immediate report accompanied by photographic documentation shall constitute confirmation that the dress was received in good and perfect               condition. Consequently, no subsequent claims regarding pre-existing defects shall be accepted.

     b) Business Documentation Upon Return: It is clarified that upon the return of the dress to the Studio, the Business staff reserves the right to document the unboxing and              inspection of the product via photography or video recording. Such documentation shall serve as conclusive and exclusive evidence in the event of any dispute                    regarding damages, stains, or missing items discovered in the dress following its use.

8. Customer Service and Changes

Did you choose a specific option and change your mind? (e.g., booked self-pickup but prefer a courier?).

You can contact us to change the shipping method up to 2 business days prior to the event date (if you would like pickup instead of delivery) and up to 7 business days before the event date (if you would like delivery instead of pickup).

Please note: Changing the shipping method will involve an additional payment or a refund, in accordance with the rates listed in Section 2 of this document.
