ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
1. General
"Studio by Elinoya" (hereinafter: "the Business") attributes the utmost importance to providing equal, respectful, and accessible service to persons with disabilities. We operate in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations enacted thereunder. We invest significant resources in implementing accessibility adjustments to both the website and the physical studio, to enable every customer to enjoy a comfortable, independent, and equal service experience.
2. Website Accessibility
This website is made accessible using "AccessPro" software and the Wix platform, and it is compliant with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The accessibility adjustments have been performed in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for Web Content Accessibility at Level AA and the international WCAG 2.0 document.
3. How Does the Accessibility Widget Work?
An accessibility menu (Widget) provided by the ״AccessPro״ component is installed on the site. The accessibility button appears in the bottom left corner of the screen. Clicking the button opens a menu offering various options for making the site accessible. After selecting the desired function in the menu, please wait for the page to load. The software allows your selected accessibility settings to be saved for your next visit to the site via the browser (Local Storage).

5. Browser Compatibility
The site has been tested and adapted for display on common browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and for mobile browsing. It is recommended to use the Chrome browser for an optimal experience.
6. Physical Accessibility Arrangements at the Studio
The studio is located at: Shlomo Ibn Gabirol 144 St., Tel Aviv-Yafo. Below are the accessibility arrangements at the location:

Parking: There is no private parking at the address. A public parking lot is available at Jabotinsky 94 St., Tel Aviv-Yafo (Century Tower Parking/"Hanyon Migdal HaMea"). Additionally, marked blue-and-white street parking is available in the vicinity of Ibn Gabirol St. (on parallel and perpendicular streets).

Entrance Access: The street entrance is level and without stairs; there is a relatively flat ramp at the building entrance. Furthermore, there is an accessible intercom; the access code will be sent to the customer via SMS the day prior to arrival. There is also a rear entrance to the building via a wooden deck, which is also equipped with an accessible intercom (code provided via SMS).

Elevator: The building is equipped with an elevator. The studio is located on Floor -2, which is accessible via the elevator. The elevator is wide and suitable for a wheelchair.

Restrooms: There are no accessible restrooms within the complex.

In-Person Service: Our team is prepared to assist with guidance, reading, item selection, and fitting at the customer's request. Entry with a service animal is permitted.
