CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. General
"Studio by Elinoya" (hereinafter: the "Business" or the "Website") respects the Customer's right to cancel a transaction and operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the "Law") and the regulations promulgated thereunder. However, given that the service offered on the Website constitutes the rental of luxury apparel for specific dates (date reservation), and since the clothing items are removed from the available inventory for other customers, the cancellation policy is subject to the specific conditions and schedules detailed hereinafter.
We recommend reading this policy carefully prior to placing an order.
2. Transaction Cancellation Initiated by the Customer (Prior to the Event Date)
A Customer may cancel a rental transaction executed on the Website, provided that both of the following cumulative conditions are met:

Timeframe from Order: The cancellation notice was delivered within 14 days from the date of the transaction (order placement) or from the date of receipt of the transaction confirmation document, whichever is later.

Timeframe from Event: The cancellation notice was delivered at least 14 business days prior to the Event Date or the intended rental start date. (For the purpose of this policy, "Business Days" are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, religious holidays, sabbatical days, intermediate holiday days [Chol HaMoed], and memorial days).

Cancellation Fees and Refund Options: In the event of a cancellation that meets both conditions set forth above, the Customer shall have two options:

Monetary Refund: A refund to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to a deduction of a cancellation fee at the rate of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), in accordance with the Law.

Future Store Credit: Receipt of a credit for the full amount paid (100%) without deduction of cancellation fees.

Issuance & Validity: The credit shall be issued as a personal coupon code or as credit to the User's account on the Website, and shall be valid for redemption against the rental of apparel items offered on the Business's Website or for services at the Studio (at the Customer's choice) for a period of one year from the date of issuance.

Usage Policy: It is clarified that the credit is intended for use in a single transaction. However, in cases where the credit amount significantly exceeds the amount of the new transaction (e.g., using a rental credit to pay for a fitting fee), the Business shall issue a new credit coupon to the Customer for the remaining balance. No change or additional credit shall be issued if the remaining balance is nominal (under 50 NIS).
3. Non-Cancellable Scenarios (No Right of Return)
Due to the distinct nature of the service (short-term rental and a product deemed "time-sensitive" regarding date availability), no monetary refund or credit shall be granted in the following instances:

Last Minute Cancellation: Cancellation requested less than 14 business days prior to the Event Date (even if 14 days have not yet elapsed since the date of the order). The rationale for this is that the clothing item was reserved exclusively for the Customer, removed from inventory, and was not offered to other potential customers for the same date.

Cancellation within the 14 Business Day Window (Late Cancellation): It is hereby clarified that in the event of a transaction cancellation made less than 14 business days prior to the Event Date/Delivery Date (even if 14 days have not yet elapsed since the date of the order), the Customer shall be charged the full transaction amount and shall not be entitled to any refund. This charge is applied as the apparel item was reserved for the Customer and could not be rented to a third party.

Post-Dispatch or Self-Pickup: From the moment the clothing item has been collected by the Customer (via self-pickup) or handed over to the courier company (via shipment), the transaction shall be deemed fully executed. No "return" for credit or refund shall be permitted, even if the Customer did not make actual use of the clothing item (including, without limitation, cases of event cancellation, size incompatibility, remorse, or any other reason).

Shipping Fees: In the event of a cancellation made after the courier has been booked or the shipment has been dispatched, the shipping fees paid shall not be refunded.
4. Cancellation of Studio Fitting Appointments
Scheduling a fitting appointment at the Studio entails the payment of a deposit/retainer fee in the amount of 70 NIS (which shall be deducted from the clothing item rental price in the event a transaction is executed).

Cancellation / Rescheduling / Non-Attendance: The appointment time may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In the event of a cancellation, "No-Show," or a request to reschedule made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the 70 NIS deposit shall not be refunded and shall serve as a cancellation fee for the reservation of the time slot in the schedule.

Timely Cancellation (Over 24 Hours): In the event of an appointment cancellation with advance notice of more than 24 hours, the Customer may choose between receiving a full monetary refund of the deposit (70 NIS ) to the credit card, or retaining the amount as a Future Credit for redemption at a new date.

Full Cancellation Fee: For the removal of doubt, in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or a "No-Show," the 70 NIS deposit shall be forfeited and not refunded.

Non-Execution of Transaction (Consultation Fee): It is hereby clarified that if the Customer attends the fitting but elects not to rent a clothing item, the deposit fee (NIS 70) shall not be refunded and shall serve as a "Consultation and Fitting Fee".

Offset (Deduction): In the event a rental transaction is executed at the time of the fitting, the deposit fee shall be deducted (offset) from the final rental price.
5. Exchanges and Sale Items

Model Exchange: A request to exchange the ordered model for a different model shall be permitted subject to the availability of the model and the date only, and provided that such request is submitted at least 14 business days prior to the Event Date. Any price differences (if applicable) shall be charged or credited to the Customer accordingly.

Sale Items (SALE): The right of cancellation regarding items rented within the framework of special sales or promotions shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the specific terms and conditions of the specific promotion as published.
6. Manner of Delivering Cancellation Notice
Any request for transaction cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted to the Business in writing, stating the Customer's full name, order number, phone number, and the reason for the cancellation/change, via one of the following methods:

7. Transaction Cancellation by the Business
"Studio by Elinoya" reserves the right to cancel an order (in whole or in part) under the following circumstances:

Product Defect: In the event the clothing item has returned from a previous rental with damage that precludes its re-rental. In such a case, the Business shall contact the Customer immediately to offer an alternative model or to process a full cancellation of the transaction and a full monetary refund (without cancellation fees).

Clerical Error: In the event a material error has occurred regarding the product description or its price on the Website.

Force Majeure: Circumstances beyond the Business's control (such as war, extreme weather conditions, general strikes, economy-wide shutdowns, and the like) that prevent the execution of the transaction.
8. Refund Execution and Processing
In the event that the transaction cancellation is approved in accordance with the cumulative conditions set forth in Section 2 above, the monetary refund shall be executed to the original payment method (credit card) from which the order was placed. The credit shall be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the approved cancellation notice, and is expected to appear in the Customer's account during the upcoming or subsequent billing cycle, subject to the policies and clearing procedures of the credit card company.
